1. Who you're buying from

The Notepad apps are made and supported by ValenciaSolution, a registered business name in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us").

Checkout is run by Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments. For these payments Stripe acts as the merchant of record: it processes your payment, calculates and collects sales tax, issues your receipt, and handles payment disputes. We are responsible for the apps themselves, including delivery, support and any refund decisions described below.

2. What you're buying

Each Notepad is a web app for coaches, opened in a web browser:

• Basketball Notepad: playbook diagrams, live game stats, lineup rotations, season milestones and video.
• Volleyball Notepad: rotations, serve receive, lineup builder, rally scoring and season analytics.
• Football Notepad: whiteboard, animated routes, playbook, roster, schedule, synced live scoreboard and team chat.
• Lacrosse Notepad: X's and O's diagrams, animated player movement, roster, live game tracking and video.

Every Notepad has a free public demo linked on our products page. Please try it before you buy.

3. Technical requirements

• A current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on a phone, tablet or computer.
• An internet connection to open the app and to use synced features such as live game scoring shared between coaches.
• Camera and microphone permission if you want to use photo or video features.
• Enough free storage on your device for any video you record.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Applicable sales tax (such as HST or GST/PST) is calculated from your billing location and shown as a separate line at checkout before you pay. The total shown at checkout is what you pay.
• There are no shipping, delivery or recurring charges.
• You pay by card or any other method Stripe shows at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
• A valid promo code lowers the price as shown at checkout.

5. Delivery and receipts

Delivery is immediate and online. Once your payment is confirmed, the checkout page sends you straight to your Notepad app. Bookmark it or add it to your home screen. Stripe emails a receipt and invoice to the address you entered at checkout. Keep it, since it's your copy of this purchase.

If you aren't taken to your app, or you lose the link, email us from the address you used at checkout and we'll send it to you.

6. Your licence

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Notepad you bought:

• Individual: for your own coaching.
• Club: for the coaches and staff of the one club or organization that bought it.

You may not resell, sublicense, copy or redistribute the app, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. The apps, their design and content belong to ValenciaSolution.

7. Refund policy: all sales are final

Because the apps are digital, delivered instantly, and have a full free demo you can try first, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except:

• If it doesn't work as described. If a Notepad has a defect that stops it working as described on our site, email us within 30 days of purchase with your receipt and a description of the problem. We'll try to fix it. If we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we'll refund you.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges. If you were charged twice for the same purchase, we'll refund the extra charge.
• Where the law requires it. Nothing in this policy limits any right to cancel or get a refund that you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or other law that applies to you.

To make a request, email valenciasolution.net@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request". Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up.

8. Your data

Most of what you enter in a Notepad, including rosters, plays, notes and recorded video, is stored in your browser on your device. If you clear your browser data, uninstall the app, or lose the device, that information may be permanently lost, and we can't recover it. Some features, such as live game scoring shared between coaches, send the data you enter to our hosting providers so other devices can see it. See our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having permission to enter information and photos of the players you coach. Where players are minors, that includes permission from a parent or guardian.

9. Promo codes, free access and the free launch offer

Promo codes apply only as shown at checkout, can't be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time. We sometimes give clubs free access. Free access is covered by these terms, except the sections on price and refunds.

Free launch offer (2026)

• What you get: one Notepad of your choice (Basketball, Volleyball, Football or Lacrosse), free, with the same individual licence as a paid purchase (section 6). It's yours to keep after the offer ends.
• Who can claim: coaches, club staff and team volunteers. One free Notepad per person and per email address.
• How to claim: register on valenciasolution.net with your name and email. Your app link appears right away.
• When it ends: at 11:59 pm Eastern Time on November 30, 2026, or when 100 people have registered, whichever comes first. The countdown and spots counter on our site show the real remaining time and spots.
• No purchase or payment needed. No card is collected, and there's no automatic charge later.
• Email updates are optional and only sent if you tick the box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• If you post a testimonial after claiming the offer, it will be labelled "Free access".

10. Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep the apps reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost game results. Nothing here excludes any warranty, condition or right that can't be excluded under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or other law that applies to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you're a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws where you live.

12. Changes and contact
